How to make a change to your policy

If you’d like to make a change to your policy, who to get in touch with depends on where you bought your policy from.

If your policy number ends in 'N19', you bought your policy from Mutual Direct. If not, you bought your policy from an agency office.

You'll find the contact details of where you bought your policy from in the top right of the first page of your policy documents. 

If you don't have your policy documents to hand you can find contact details for Mutual Direct or your agency office through contact us about Motor Insurance.
